1.1 The terms and conditions apply only to consumers who purchase items online from GLAMDRESS.
The customer has 7 calendar days to cancel the contract without providing any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must inform GLAMDRESS (HARIKA BV, Watertorenlaan 98, 1930 Zaventem) through a unequivocal statement (by post, email, or form). The customer may use the provided form, but it is not mandatory.
The customer must submit his withdrawal request within the 7 days and return or hand over the goods to HARIKA BV within 7 days of withdrawal. The goods must have been sent within the 7 calendar day period.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
1.2 The customer must return items in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, price tags, and instructions for use. If a product has decreased in value due to use, GLAMDRESS may hold the customer liable and claim compensation.
Returned items will be carefully inspected and may only be examined as they would be in a store. Items may be tried on but not used. Any decrease in value due to use will be charged to the customer.
Upon cancellation of the contract, GLAMDRESS will refund all received payments, excluding delivery and return costs, to the customer within a maximum of 7 calendar days. Refunds will made in the form of vouchers or exchanges. For sales agreements, GLAMDRESS may wait to refund until all goods have been received.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods or services with price fluctuations on the financial market.
- Custom-made goods or specifically intended goods.
- Contracts concluded during a public auction.
- Discounted items.
- Goods that have been worn, washed or had tags removed.
- Goods that have been tried on and purchased in store.
